Acceptance
CarShare will contact the person listed on the application to confirm and ensure that your application was submitted correctly and will finish processing your membership in the next 1-2 business days.
Adding Drivers
Once your Business Membership has been received, our team will be in touch to help you complete any driver applications. Please contact us here if you have any questions and/or to arrange an onsite orientation for your staff.
Drive
Your business now has a fleet of vehicles.We will send each driver’s Quick Start package over to you so they can get driving.
We recommend businesses sign up for the Zero Deductible option for just $20/driver annually.
In the event of an accident, loss or damage to the CarShare vehicle, the member’s liability for damage or loss will be limited to $750 per claim. The Zero Deductible option reduces this retained responsibility from $750 to $0, for an annual fee of $20/employee driver.
